How a booking works
You send us your request — journey or time slot, number of passengers, specific requirements — via the booking form, by telephone or WhatsApp. We provide a firm rate at the time of booking, with no surcharge related to traffic or delays. Once the journey is confirmed, your chauffeur follows the agreed arrangements and adapts to last-minute adjustments. Which vehicle for which purpose
Our Mercedes fleet offers three configurations: the E-Class for business journeys and individual travel, the S-Class for occasions that require the finest standard, and the V-Class for families, delegations and groups of up to seven passengers.
Cancellation terms
Our terms are straightforward and set out in our Terms and Conditions: cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up; between 48 and 24 hours, 50% of the amount; less than 24 hours before the journey or in the event of a no-show at the meeting point, the full amount. Cases of force majeure and medical emergencies are handled separately.
