Every assignment is carried out by a licensed professional chauffeur holding a valid VTC registration card, in a vehicle covered by commercial passenger transport insurance.
3. Booking & Quotation
All booking requests are subject to written confirmation by Palatium Paris. A personalised quotation is provided promptly upon request. Payment terms (bank transfer, card, cash or otherwise) are specified in the quotation. No online payment is required at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation & Amendment
All cancellations or amendments must be notified in writing (email or WhatsApp). Cancellation policy: free cancellation up to [TO BE COMPLETED] hours before pick-up; late cancellation or no-show: [TO BE COMPLETED] % of the agreed fare.
