What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur monitors your flight in real time. In the event of a delay, the pickup time is adjusted automatically. There is nothing you need to do.
Can I book for several passengers with a large amount of luggage?
Yes. Simply specify the number of passengers and luggage items when booking. We will select the most suitable vehicle, such as a Mercedes-Benz V-Class for groups or larger volumes.
Is the quoted price final?
Yes. The price confirmed at booking is fixed. No additional charge applies for flight delays.
Do you provide pickups from hotels or private residences?
Yes. Your chauffeur can collect you from your hotel, residence, office, or any address in Paris and the Île-de-France region.
