We integrate into your arrangements as a discreet extension of your team: briefed on the programme, aligned with your event agency, present without ever drawing attention.
For a wedding, an exceptional birthday celebration or a private reception, the role changes but the standard remains the same: ensuring that everyone arrives calmly, leaves at the right moment, and thinks of nothing but the occasion itself. We work hand in hand with your wedding planner or directly with you, around a programme defined together.

How it unfolds
Initial consultation
A first conversation to understand your event — its scale, tone and constraints. We listen first, then we suggest.
Bespoke proposal
A few days later, we present a complete programme: selected vehicles, identified chauffeurs and established timings. Everything may still evolve up to three days before the event.
Coordination on the day
An Palatium manager remains reachable throughout the event to handle any unforeseen circumstances in real time.
At departure time
As the event draws to a close, each guest finds their vehicle without having to look for it. Returns are organised according to preference — some leave early, others stay until the end.

Good to know
Can you handle transfers for a wedding with around one hundred guests?
Yes. We mobilise as many vehicles and chauffeurs as required, under the supervision of an Palatium Paris coordinator dedicated to your event. A preparation meeting is always suggested, either with you or directly with your event agency.
Do you work on corporate events such as galas, conventions and launches?
Yes, this is one of our core areas of expertise. We regularly accompany corporate groups from airport arrival through to the end of the programme — personalised welcomes for speakers, connections between the hotel and the event venue, and returns at the end of the evening.
What happens if the event continues beyond the scheduled time?
The chauffeurs remain at your disposal. An hourly supplement may apply in the event of a significant overrun, but the conditions are always agreed in advance in the quotation — with no surprises at the end of the event.
