Flexible duration
Available for a half-day, with a 3-hour minimum, or for a full day. Extensions are possible subject to availability.
Dedicated vehicle
The vehicle remains at your disposal throughout the reserved period, including between journeys.

Your chauffeur handles luggage, coordinates with the hotel concierge and anticipates parking constraints.

Wi-Fi on board, charging sockets and a quiet space to work between appointments.

How it unfolds
Hourly booking
You indicate the date, start time, desired duration and, where possible, the main stages of the day. We prepare a fixed quotation.
Chauffeur briefing
The day before, your chauffeur reviews your programme in order to anticipate journeys, parking and any specific constraints.
Day with vehicle at disposal
Your chauffeur is at your service from the moment of pick-up. They remain reachable at all times and adapt the schedule in real time should your appointments change.

What is the minimum booking duration?
Vehicle hire with chauffeur is available from 3 hours. For shorter journeys, we suggest our point-to-point transfer service, which is often better suited.
Can the vehicle hire be extended during the day?
Yes, subject to your chauffeur's availability. Contact your chauffeur directly or our operations desk: we will make the necessary arrangements to extend the service without interruption.
Can the chauffeur assist me during a meeting or trade fair?
Your chauffeur remains outside the meeting venue, but may handle the logistics — unloading equipment, coordinating with the event welcome desk, collecting parking access badges.
Is this service suitable for corporate visits with a delegation?
Absolutely. For delegations of more than 7 guests, we can arrange several coordinated vehicles, with chauffeurs briefed together on the day's programme.
