Transfer to and from Le Bourget Airport

Paris-Le Bourget Airport is Europe’s leading business aviation airport. The passenger landing there almost never books the transfer themselves: it is handled by an executive assistant, a flight support service, an operator or a concierge service. This guide is intended for them. It brings together what you need to know to arrange a transfer at Le Bourget without unpleasant surprises: the information to provide, how we adapt to a changing flight plan, our vehicles and our rates.

Le Bourget is not a commercial airport

Unlike Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle or Orly, Le Bourget does not have a single terminal where passengers are met. The airport is organised around private terminals — the FBOs (Fixed-Base Operators) — spread across the entire site. Each has its own address, its own access point and its own lounges.

The practical consequence for you: the name of the FBO is the most important information in your booking, even more so than the time. A chauffeur positioned at the wrong terminal may be several minutes’ drive from your passenger, on a site that cannot be crossed on foot.

We operate at all FBOs at Le Bourget. Simply tell us which one when booking.

Information to provide

For a transfer at Le Bourget, four items are sufficient:

• The arrival or departure FBO
• The scheduled landing or take-off time
• The number of passengers and volume of luggage
• The passenger’s name and, if you wish, the name of a contact to notify on site

The aircraft registration number is useful to us when available, but it is not essential.

A schedule that follows the actual flight

A private flight plan can shift: a changed slot, an earlier departure, a delayed passenger. We follow the aircraft’s actual arrival and adjust the pick-up accordingly. In most cases, it is you — or the assistant following the journey — who informs us of the change, and the transfer is rescheduled without any further formality.

Our principle is simple: we adapt. An early arrival or a reasonable delay does not automatically incur an additional charge.

On board

For Le Bourget, three configurations:

• Mercedes E-Class — up to 3 passengers, individual or two-person transfer
• Mercedes V-Class — up to 7 passengers, the configuration suited to crews, families and bulky luggage
• Mercedes S-Class — up to 3 passengers, for journeys where the car continues the standard of the flight

Our transfers between Le Bourget and Paris are fixed-price, confirmed at the time of booking, with no meter and no last-minute surcharge:

• V-Class — from €150
• S-Class — from €220
